Staytite at RIN Derby 2026
Staytite Rail joined the wider S&C Alliance at RIN Derby 2026, held at Derby Arena on 17 September, bringing together rail industry professionals to discuss developments and challenges across the sector.
The Staytite team showcased two key rail fastening solutions: Staytite Intelligent Bolts, powered by InterBolt technology, and HARDLOCK Industry Nuts.
Staytite Intelligent Bolts provide real-time monitoring of bolt preload and temperature, supporting greater visibility of fastening performance. The technology has been specified for use on ROBEL temporary rail clamps, providing a way to monitor critical fastening data during rail applications.
Also on display were HARDLOCK Industry Nuts, which use a wedge-locking principle to provide anti-loosening performance in demanding applications where vibration and fastening reliability are key considerations.
The event provided an opportunity for Staytite to connect with rail professionals, discuss real-world fastening requirements and explore how monitoring technology and anti-loosening solutions can contribute to more reliable rail infrastructure.
