Metal adjustment element for maximum strength
FLEXITOL Metal with new adjustment element from Bollhoff is a newgeneration tolerance compensation system with an optimised adjustment element. With the built-in friction element concept, Bollhoff says it is setting new standards for reliability and cost-efficient production.

For the new FLEXITOL Metal adjustment element, the friction function was transferred to the component interior, delivering higher strength, simpler production and therefore cost advantages. Yet it is still fully compatible with the existing FLEXITOL Metal basic elements.
With the new generation of this FLEXITOL Metal adjustment element, Bollhoff says it is lifting performance and economic efficiency of this joining technology to a new level. The internal friction function considerably increases the elements' strength. Since there are no more outer friction segments, the manufacturing process is also simplified - positively affecting procurement costs.
