Lohmann has again been named among Germany's 100 most innovative medium-sized companies. This year, the company again impressed with its sustainable adhesive solutions and new approaches in the field of health patches.
"The award is not only a strong signal, but also recognises the people at our company who make the difference," says Dr. Carsten Herzhoff, CTO/COO at Lohmann, adding: "They contribute ideas, try out new things, and drive our projects forward with great commitment. I am proud that we are being recognised for this - and I am especially happy for all my colleagues who work together as a team here."
For the ranking, the Munich-based consulting firm Munich Strategy examines around 4,000 German companies annually. Among other things, products, services and development potential are evaluated. According to Munich Strategy CEO Sebastian Theopold, digitalisation and an understanding of AI are now considered basic prerequisites for innovation.
"The award confirms that we are on the right track. Above all, it motivates us to continue translating our ideas into market-ready solutions quickly - and thus create real added value for customers and partners," says Herzhoff.
