Industrilas CEO wins entrepreneurship award
Industrilas is delighted to announce that the EY Young Entrepreneurship Of The Year region east goes to CEO and group founder Fredrik Molzer.
The EY judging panel noted: "With a strong foundation in innovation and manufacturing, and a culture defined by collaboration, responsibility and positivity, this year's award recipient has built a company that is among the world leaders in its niche.
"Through courage, long-term vision and genuine leadership, the entrepreneur has developed the company from a garage in Nassjo (Sweden) into a global group with full control over the entire value chain. And just as a handle conveys trust, this year's recipient has established a firm grip on the future that inspires confidence."
The award ceremony took place in Jonkoping, Sweden, and Fredrik will participate in the grand final that takes place in March 2026.
EY Entrepreneur Of The Year, (previously known as Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards) is an annual award program sponsored by Ernst and Young in recognition of entrepreneurship. The award program is arranged in 60 countries and is one of the world's largest and most prestige awards for entrepreneurs.
