Bollhoff Group has acquired Nutep Industria Metalurgica in Betim, Minas Gerais, strengthening its industrial presence in South America and expanding its local manufacturing capabilities in Brazil - to serve customers that rely on local production.
Founded in 2005, Nutep employs around 70 people and specialises in manufacturing fastening components for the automotive industry. The company is certified according to IATF 16949 and has built a strong reputation for product quality, operational excellence and close customer relationships.
Nutep and Bollhoff Brazil will continue to operate independently in the market. Both companies will retain their established structures, market positioning and their long-standing relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners.
"This acquisition reinforces the BOllhoff Group's long-term commitment to South America. More importantly, it reflects our confidence in the region, in the capabilities of our people and in the value of building lasting relationships with customers and business partners," said Flavio da Silva, CEO of the South America region at Bollhoff.
