Bollhoff Morocco, established in 2024, consolidates a long-standing industrial collaboration with Collins Aerospace through its production facility dedicated to machined aerospace components, in the context of a sustained ramp-up on the A320 program.
For several years, Ratier-Figeac - part of Collins Aerospace, which is an RTX business - has been assembling its cockpit and cabin sub-equipment at its Nouaceur site - on the outskirts of Casablanca - to deliver to Airbus in support of its A320 program and related ramp-up activities under tight deadlines.
It is in this context that Bollhoff has established a dedicated production site in Casablanca, specialising in small machined mechanical parts for the aerospace market. Customer-drawing parts, manufactured with the precision and rigour demanded by the aerospace supply chain - and EN9100-certified since 2025. Geographic proximity is intended to increase flow efficiency, streamline lead times, and contribute to supply chain resilience.
This collaboration builds on a long-standing business relationship between Collins Aerospace and Bollhoff SNEP, one of the Group's French entities, and introduces a new phase of cooperation under a multi-year contract within the Moroccan aerospace ecosystem. "This site embodies our ability to adapt to the needs of our strategic customers, wherever they operate. Casablanca is not a default choice - it is a choice for performance," said Wissem Ellouze, Co-CEO Europe, Bollhoff Group
