Automating joining systems: The RIVCLINCH joining system is a process for joining metal sheets by means of selective cold forming - without the use of fasteners or filler materials. Joining is achieved by interlocking two or more metal layers. The RIVCLINCH technology is a cost-effective, environmentally friendly process for joining steel and stainless steel sheets, as well as aluminium and/or non-ferrous metals. Bollhoff now also offers this efficient process in a fully automated version.

Automation for blind rivet nuts and screws: Bollhoff's RIVKLE setting heads enable automation of the processing of blind rivet nuts and screws. RIVKLE feeding is carried out on vibratory spiral conveyors or other distribution systems. Process control is also integrated. RIVKLE blind rivet nuts and screws with hexagonal shanks can be fed without any problems and processed in all spatial positions, even overhead.

Threaded inserts automatic installation: The installation of HELICOIL thread inserts is simple and economical because there are only a few basic rules to follow. For efficient installation, whether in individual applications or large series, there is a wide range of installation tools available - from manual to automated. Just as important as the high quality standard is the economical installation of HELICOIL thread inserts. For this purpose, Bollhoff offers modules for integration into automatic processes and complete systems.
