ARNOLD UMFORMTECHNIK receives bronze medal from EcoVadis for sustainability performance
ARNOLD UMFORMTECHNIK has been awarded the bronze medal by EcoVadis, one of the world's leading platforms for evaluating sustainability performance. This puts the company in the top 35 percent of companies assessed and underlines its commitment to the environment, social responsibility and ethical business practices.
The EcoVadis assessment analyses companies in the areas of environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. ARNOLD impressed with particularly strong performance in the environmental and social responsibility categories. The company scored points for its comprehensive energy and CO2 audits, optimisation of material use and ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications. ARNOLD also scored highly in the areas of employee safety, diversity and training.
Bernd Weidner, COO of ARNOLD, emphasises: "The bronze medal from EcoVadis confirms our commitment to sustainability. It shows that we are on the right track, but also that there is still room for improvement. We will continue to take targeted measures to reduce our ecological footprint and consistently develop our sustainability strategy."
